Cashmere Outfitters is a high-quality fashion manufacturing company that produces two distinct brands of luxury-tailored menswear: CARDINAL OF CANADA and NIKKY NEW YORK, and a tailored women’s fashion line: LANDSCAPE.

Cashmere Outfitters was incorporated in 2016 and became the governing company when Rocky Zhou officially partnered with a 3rd third-generation family-owned, Cardinal of Canada,  founded in 1938 in Montreal, Quebec.

At that time, Zhou had been the principal import manufacturer of menswear and outerwear 

for Cardinal of Canada for over 20 years. Cardinal of Canada and Nikky New York then became fashion brands under Cashmere Outfitters.

In 2018, Rocky Zhou became the sole owner of Cashmere Outfitters, which remains headquartered in Montreal.
